Meet the Guides

When Lauren isn’t wrangling her two adorable children, Jack and Addy, she can be seen wrangling paperwork, coordinating office systems and managing extroverted real estate agents at The Bridge Collaboration. As broker and director of operations, she is dedicated to optimizing efficiency for busy agents, maximizing the productivity of the support staff, and driving the strategic growth of the future of The Bridge Collaboration. She effortlessly transforms chaos to order with an ease that makes office mates marvel, of course, when they aren’t cracking up at her quick sarcastic wit.

Lauren resides in Crestwood. When she isn’t with her kids petting the Clydesdales that call her backyard home, she can be found enjoying LONG walks on Grant’s Trail, or patiently waiting for the opening of the new Katie’s Pizzeria.

Lauren’s ideal client values her calm approach to a stressful situation and has faith that absolutely nothing escapes her notice (which makes her a stellar broker, too).
